Hotel policy

• 1- Reservation confirmation (Voucher) or reference number will be issued only for the guest. Presenting a valid I.D card as well as the reservation confirmation or the reference number is necessary in check in time.
• 2- Check-out time is 2:00 pm every day. upon request for additional stay, 50% till 19:00 and after 19:00, fee of one tight's stay will be charged.
• 3- Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours prior to 02:00 pm local Hotel time on the day of arrival are free.
• 4- In Norouz holidays (From March 18 to April 04), Cancellation made till March 06 are free, but after it, (except Tehran Homa Hotel) payments won't be given back.
• 5- Room rate in Homa Hotel Group are based on official union rates of Iran's hotel industry. 15% Service and 4% legal Tax will be added for every night's stay.
• 6- Children between three to eight years old will be charged 50% of extra bed if the extra bed is not required.
• 7- The laundry work duration is from 07:00 am to 03:00 pm every day (except Friday).
• 8- Bringing any kind of pets are strictly forbidden.
